ATV 200, beaches, mud baths and more..

So where did i leave off?? oh yes we had landed at santorini :) the most beautiful of the Greece Islands.. apparently (i personally thought Mykonos was nicer but hey..) so first day you already seen yes? Second day (haha i even say it in greek accent in my head) we had a nice sleep in and went to hire a Quad bike for the day, it was so much fun!!! we went over the whole island just about, we went right to the bottom to a beach called red beach, (Toni said it had hot water) FREEZING cold water there in the beach haha, but was nice to sit on (not as nice as Mykonos beach but different) while camille went and braved the cold waters, than back to the bike to try and fill up the tank a bit so we can make it to other side, we got half way and stopped for lunch, at a really beautiful spot too, GORGES (sorry mum :)) and than back to the top and found another beach, not really a beach but a beach of sorts. We skipped and hopped from rock to rock to make it deep enough in the water to be able to swim.. what beautiful water it had there.. stunning, crystal clear water. any way back to hotel for some down time and than back out for sunset dinner :)
So next day we ring Tony (our transport man :)) and he gets us on this all day tour, we were first taken to a bus, which took us to a boat, which took us to a volcano. We got to walk to the top of the volcano and look at the stunning view... and to find out that the volcano is still active :-/ and found some vents with actual steam from the actual volcano coming out of it!! was very fascinating. Than back to the boat to a little island where we could jump off the boat and swim to a little inlet which has beautiful warm water.. :) aaahhhh was nice after the fresh water of the ocean.. we all swam in there, played in the mud haha (some of the boys started putting mud on them first and was like its nice!! so than all the girls were doing it too, not the princesses but the normal girls) and we got mud every where haha.. was very fun. Than we had to swim back to the boat.. you could hear when ever someone made it to the cold water again 'EEKKKK!!!' or 'ItS COLD!!!' or 'AAHHHH' haha was funny until it was you going into the cold, it hit you surprisingly fast, but after a few strokes was beautiful and refreshing. We than made our way to the Inlet of Oia the tip of the Island, where we had free time to view the sunset, we took donkeys up the steps of the cliff (that was so scary haha) mine kept running and than stopping than running than stopping.. haha was funny. We walked around the shops and than watched the sunset than made our way home. What a day..
